Yes. Our cancellation policy is as follows -

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will not incur a cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a change equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or a failure to show for your appointment (no-call, no-show) will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service price.

Confirmation of your appointment is sent days and hours prior to your scheduled time as a reminder.
